Any contract for the supply of Service from this Site is between you and Carers Register. You warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide is your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment.<br />

The Service made available to you from this Site is intended for your use only and you warrant that you are acting as principal only and not as agent for another party when receiving the Service.<br />

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.<br />

<p>Any use by prospective Employers or Agencies of the listed Carer profiles must be for the sole purpose of an Employer or Agency recruiting an employee and for no other purpose.<br />

Any use by Carers of the listed jobs must be for the sole purpose of gaining employment for the job.<br />
<br />
We do not verify the content and validity of Carer profiles or Jobs which are posted to the Site. We cannot represent or warrant the validity or otherwise of any content posted by Carers, Employers or Agencies displayed on our Site.</p>

<h4>8. <strong>Registration &amp; Membership</strong></h4>

<p>You need to register or become a member with us in order to participate in the Services. You can register or become a member as an employer (Employer) or an agency (Agency). If you register as a Carer you will automatically become a member free of charge. A Carer is an individual offering specific caring services (elderly, dementia, sensory impairment, physical disability, learning disability and mental health care), an&nbsp;Employer (a representative for an individual seeking a carer), or an Agency (an organisation that specialises in providing care services in the above mentioned categories).<br />
<br />
Membership is paid for monthly and the payment for membership is automatically processed each month. We will send you a written reminder prior to taking payment for your membership and a second written notice when payment for membership is taken. You can cancel your membership at any time by visiting the Membership Details page. When you cancel your membership all membership services cease immediately.<br />
<br />
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or when becoming a member at any time are correct and complete.<br />
<br />
You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provide when registering or applying to become a member by updating your personal details to ensure we can communicate with you effectively.<br />
<br />
We may suspend or cancel your registration or membership with immediate effect for any reasonable purposes or if you breach these terms and conditions.<br />
<br />
You may cancel your registration and/or membership through the website at any time using the relevant links or by informing us in writing to the address at the end of these terms and conditions. If you do so, you must immediately stop using the Site. Cancellation or suspension of your registration and/or membership does not affect any statutory rights.</p>

<h4><strong>9. Our status</strong></h4>

<p>We act as an online portal to introduce Carers, Employers and Agencies to each other. When you enter into a contract for the supply of services and/or any goods with a Carer, Employer or Agency, advertised on our site, the contract will be between the Carer and Employer or Carer and Agency.</p>

<p>We at the Company are not a party to the contractual relationship between the Carer and Employer or Carer and Agency (whether an oral, written or other contract). It is up to you to ensure that you are satisfied of the suitability of any engagement, to confirm the identity and the status of those involved and to check any credentials and we shall have no input or liability in that respect.<br />

You warrant that in making the site and any adverts or profiles placed by you available via the site we are not acting as an agent of any visitors to our website or as an agent of any Carers, Employers and/or Agencies.<br />

We do not assume any responsibility for services provided by or between Carer and Employer or Carer and Agency or any other third party suppliers or any statements made by them and we make no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, about the suitability or quality of any services or goods which appear on our site or any statements made about them (including, but not limited to, any profiles). In addition, we take no steps to verify the identity of any Carer, Employer or Agency, any statement made about them or any relevant qualifications or experience.<br />

Without prejudice to the generality of the above:<br />

(a)&nbsp;where you are an Employer or an Agency, you will be solely responsible for the engagement of a Carer on terms acceptable to you, for verification of its identity, qualifications, credentials and experience and for all necessary direction, supervision and control;<br />
<br />
(b)&nbsp;where you are a Carer, you acknowledge that we do not guarantee any recruitment or engagement of you by an Employer or Agency and you must satisfy yourself of the suitability of any engagement and any arrangements between you.<br />
<br />
Nothing in these Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or an employment relationship between you and us, nor will anything be deemed to constitute one party the agent of the other for any purpose.<br />
<br />
You shall indemnify us against all costs, claims, damages, losses and expenses arising as a result of any claim or action suffered by us in the event:<br />

(a)&nbsp;that we are held to be acting as your agent in performing our obligations or any Services under these Conditions;<br />
<br />
(b)&nbsp;of any breach by you of these Conditions;<br />
<br />
(c)&nbsp;of any dispute between any Parent and Childcare Provider.</p>

<h4><strong>10. Your Information</strong></h4>
